摘要 就当前发展形式下的薄壁零件数控加工工艺质量出现缺陷的因素进行简要分析,进而在此基础上推动薄壁零件数控加工工艺质量的改进。在实际的分析中,阐述零件夹对加工精度的影响、切削角度对切削质量的影响,进而通过分析其中所存在的因素,最终实现薄壁零件数控加工工艺质量的提升。 This paper makes a brief analysis on the factors of the defects in the quality of the NC machining process of thin-walled parts under the current development form, and on this basis promotes the improvement of the quality of the NC machining process of the thin-walled parts. in the actual analysis, the author expounds the influence of the part clip on the machining precision and the cutting angle on the cutting quality, and then analyzes the factors in which the factors exist, and finally realizes the improvement of the NC machining process quality of the thin-walled parts.
