摘要 起重机械能够安全可靠的正常工作,必须具有足够的抵抗倾覆能力,来满足起重机在各类外载荷条件下的安全。通过分析历年来起重机械安全事故类型及原因,发现起重机械倾覆事故是最危险、最易造成人员伤亡、事故损失大、事故发生率高的一种影响正常生产生活的安全事故。故重点分析起重机械在各类载荷条件下的抗倾覆稳定性,并提出起重机抗倾覆能力保持及更稳定的使用方法。 The lifting machinery can work safely and reliably. it is necessary to resist the overturning ability to meet the safety of the crane under all kinds of external load conditions. This paper analyzes the types and causes of the safety accidents of heavy machinery in the past years, and the overturning accident of lifting machinery is the most dangerous, the most easy to cause the casualties, the large accident loss and the serious accident rate, which affects the normal production and life, so this paper focuses on the analysis of the overturning stability of the lifting machinery under various load conditions, The use of crane to maintain overturning capability and stability is put forward.
