摘要
采用三辊研磨辅助机械搅拌制备了环氧树脂(EPON828)/纳米橡胶(VP-501)和EPON828/埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)/VP-501复合材料,重点研究了VP-501和HNTs用量对EPON828冲击强度、拉伸性能和拉伸剪切强度的影响。结果表明,加入8%的VP-501后,三元和二元复合材料的冲击强度比EPON828/HNTs(3%)和纯EPON828分别增加了129.7%和97.0%;拉伸强度比EPON828/HNTs(3%)增加了29.0%。HNTs可平衡EPON828/VP-501的刚性和韧性。同时加入7%的HNTs和8%的纳米橡胶,EPON828的拉伸剪切强度可提高96.7%。
The epoxy resin/nano rubber and epoxy resin/halloysite nanotubes (HNTs)/nano rubber composites were prepared by the high speed mechanical mixing process assisted with the three roll mill. The influence of amounts of nano rubber and HNTs on the impact strength, tensile properties and tensile-shear strength of the epoxy resin were mainly investigated. The results indicate that the impact strength of the ternary and binary composites containing 8 wt% nano rubber increase by 129.7% and 97.0% respectively in comparison with the epoxy resin/HNTs (3 wt%) and pure epoxy resin systems. The tensile strength of the epoxy resin/nano rubber (8 wt%) increases by 29.0% in comparison with epoxy resin /HNTs (3 wt%). HNTs can balance the stiffness and toughness of the epoxy resin/ nano rubber system. The tensile shear strength increases by 96.7% in comparison with the pure epoxy resin as additing 7 wt% HNTs and 8 wt% nano rubber simultaneously.
