摘要
以2种碳纤维为原料制成E51环氧树脂基碳纤维复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能,结果表明,C-1107碳纤维布增强的树脂复合材料拉伸性能明显优异,平均拉伸强度达到599.52 MPa,平均拉伸模量达到66 728.89 MPa。而A100碳纤维布增强的环氧树脂层间剪切强度稍高,平均层间剪切强度达到45.96 MPa。
In this paper, the E51 expoxy resin based carbon fiber composites were prepared with two carbon fiber materials as the raw materials, whose mechanical properties were discussed. The results showed that the tensile properties of the epoxy composite material reinforced with C-1107 carbon fiber sheet was obviously better, and its average tensile strength reached 599.52 MPa and its average tensile modulus reached 66 728.89 MPa. However, the interlaminar shear strength of theepoxy composite material reinforced with A100 carbon fiber sheet was slightly higher, and its average interlaminar shear strength reached 45.96 MPa.
