摘要
基于环氧结构胶树脂增韧技术的广泛应用,着重介绍了一种新型双组分环氧结构胶粘剂。依据风轮叶片合模粘接的技术要求,对制备的结构胶进行拉伸剪切和T型剥离强度测试评价。结果表明,添加聚氨酯树脂后,环氧结构胶的增强增韧效果更加明显,当PUF使用量为10%时,结构胶粘接和抗剥离性能达到最强。
Based on the extensive application of epoxy resin toughening technology, a new type of two-component epoxy structural adhesive was emphatically introduced. According to the technical requirements of mold clamping and bonding of the rotor blades, the tensile shear strength and T-peeling strength of the structural adhesive were evaluated., The results showed that the enhancing and toughening effects of the polyurethane resin (PUF) in the epoxy structural adhesives were obvious, and when the PUF amount was 10%, the bonding and anti-peeling performances of the structural adhesive were optimal.
