摘要 在橇装式汽车加油装置中使用新型HAN (本质安全不爆炸)阻隔防爆技术,并开发出新型阻隔防爆材料对橇装式加油装置在储存和使用中的安全防护、环保节能、防静电和浪涌等应用功能。通过对铝合金阻隔防爆材料进行外观质量、结构尺寸的检验,防爆性能试验,以及在橇装式汽车加油装置的储油罐中填充铝合金阻隔防爆材料进行燃烧对比试验,油罐带油钻孔、补焊、1 h燃烧的试验等,验证其在橇装式汽车加油装置中具有安全保护作用,对汽车加油过程中的人身安全和财产保护具有极大的经济价值和社会效益。试验结果表明:HAN阻隔防爆技术可以抑制火焰的扩散,具有极好的导热、导静电性能,有效地防止储油罐在明火、静电、焊接、钻孔、撞击等情况下发生爆炸事故,解决了易燃易爆液态、气态化学品领域的防爆技术存在的缺陷。 The new HAN(intrinsically safe and non-explosive)blocking and explosion-proof technology is used in the skid-mounted vehicle refueling device,and the application functions of new type blocking and explosionproof materials for the skid-mounted refueling device in the storage and use are developed,such as safety protection,environmental protection and energy saving,anti-static and surging,etc.Through the aluminum alloy HAN type barrier explosion-proof material external quality inspection;Structural dimension inspection;Explosion-proof property test and combustion comparison test of aluminum alloy barrier explosion-proof material filled in oil tank of skid-mounted automobile refueling device;Testing of oil drilling and patching in oil tank;The 1-h combustion test of oil tank,etc.,verifies that it has safety protection function in skid-mounted automobile refueling device,and has great economic value and social benefits for personal safety and property protection in the refueling process of automobile.The experimental results show that HAN barrier explosion technology can inhibit the diffusion of flame,has excellent thermal and electrostatic conductivity,effectively prevents the explosion accident of oil storage tank under the conditions of open fire,static electricity,welding,drilling,impact and so on,and solves the defects of explosion protection technology in the field of flammable and explosive liquid and gaseous chemicals.
