摘要
针对某联合站采出水处理不合格、存在无效注水以及有效注水采用清水的问题,对超滤和纳滤膜技术进行了试验效果对比,最后对特低渗透油田采出水处理采用微生物-错流超滤膜技术,悬浮物去除率为98.5%,水中油去除率为99%,硫化物去除率为100%,可以达到第一级的出水水质指标。此技术应用后可节约水费200.5万元/a,电费174.2万元/a,可减少污染物排放700×10~4t/a,投资回收期3.3年,具有很好的社会效益和经济效益,在其他油田有推广使用价值。
For produced water treatment of a joint station is unqualified,invalid water injection and effective water use water problems,ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membrane technology for the contrast effect,finally the microbes-cross-flow ultrafiltration membrane technology to deal with produced water,suspended solids removal rate was 98.5%,water oil removal rate was 99%,sulfur removal rate of 100%,can reach the first level of water quality index,application can save water fee RMB 2.005 million/a,after electricity charges1.742 million yuan/a,can reduce pollutants discharge 7 million tons/a,investment payback period of 3.3years,has the very good social benefit and economic benefit,It can be used in other fields.
