喇嘛甸油田抽油机减速器的节能改造与应用

摘要 随着喇嘛甸油田抽油机的广泛应用,其传统减速器设计逐渐显露出齿轮打齿、烧轴承瓦以及漏机油问题,同时低产井数量增加,对大扭矩、低冲速提出更高需求。而常规抽油机受电动机和减速比的限制,优化最低冲速只能达到4 min^(-1),导致低产井低产量的空抽现象,以及功率消耗大、管杆泵磨损严重问题日益突出;因此,提出采取行星式减速器和大传动比减速器现场改造措施。措施后行星式减速器百米吨液耗电降低8.9%,大传动比减速器可使抽油机冲速降至1~2 min^(-1),有效实现降低油井能耗,提高传动效率以及系统效率的目的。 With the wide application of the equipment in Lamadian oilfield pumping oil machine,traditional reducer design gradually exposed fighting tooth gear,bearing and oil burning,leakage problem;at the same time increase the number of low yield wells,large torque and low speed put forward higher requirements,while the conventional pumping unit by motor and gear ratio is the lowest limit,optimization stroke can reach 4times per minute,resulting in low yield wells low yield empty pumping phenomenon,and large power consumption,the tube and rod pump serious wear problems have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,the planetary reducer and high transmission ratio speed reducer field modification measures,after the transformation of the planetary reducer 100 meters,reducing the power consumption of 8.9%tons of liquid,high transmission ratio speed reducer can reduce the pumping speed to 1~2 times/min,effectively reduce the energy consumption of oil well,improve the efficiency of transmission efficiency and the purpose of the system.
