西气东输压缩机控制系统典型故障分析处理研究

摘要 介绍西气东输GE燃驱机组LM2500+压气机排气压力P3在燃机控制中的作用及其逻辑控制原理,分析P3计算对燃机转速、燃料供给计算、控制信号输出、热通道温度等参数的影响。针对某压气站机组控制模式提前进入最大燃料控制模式、压缩机转速无法达到额定转速的现象,通过分析机组燃料控制机理和起机运转曲线,确定产生这一现象的主要原因为P3测量系统零点、量程发生漂移,导致压气机排气压力比实际测量值偏低,燃料供给量提前超出机组燃料限定曲线,无法再继续增加,机组转速无法达到额定转速。 This paper introduces the role and logical control principle of WEPP GE fuel driven compressor unit LM2500+(compressor exhaust pressure P3)in gas turbine control,and analyzes the influence of P3 computation on parameters such as gas turbine rotation speed,fuel supply calculation,control signal output and thermal channel temperature.In view of the problems that the control mode of compressor unit enters into the maximum fuel control mode in advance and the compressor′s rotation speed cannot reach the rated speed,by analyzing the fuel control mechanism of the unit and the start-up operation curve,it is determined that the main reason for this phenomenon is the drift of zero points and measuring range of P3 measuring system.As a result,the exhaust pressure of the compressor is lower than the actual measured value,and the fuel supply exceeds the fuel limit curve of the unit ahead of time,so that the unit rotation speed can not reach the rated speed.
