摘要 按JJG762-2007《引伸计检定规程》,对引伸计的计量检定应采用符合JJF1069-2002校准规范要求的引伸计标定器(A类或B类)。传统B类引伸计标定器由于自身机械结构的限制,已无法满足0.5级及0.5级以上的高精度电子引伸计的(0~1)mm范围内示值误差检定要求,更无法满足测量准确度的要求。本文设计了一套高精度引伸计检定系统,该检定系统以高精度光栅测微仪为原理,并结合精密机械结构,同时依托先进算法的数据处理软件,对原始数据进行统计和处理,从而实现引伸计自动化检定。 according to the JJG762-2007 " regulation of the extensometer",the calibrator of the extensometer should be calibrated in accordance with the requirements of the JJF1069-2002 calibration specification(Class A or Class B). The traditional B extensometer calibrator has been unable to meet the requirement of the indication error in the range of(0-1) mm for high precision electronic extensometer(0-1) mm because of its own mechanical structure,and it can not meet the requirement of measurement accuracy. In this paper,a set of high precision extensometer verification system is designed. The system is based on the principle of high precision grating micrometer,combined with the precision mechanical structure,and relies on the data processing software of advanced algorithm at the same time,to carry out the statistics and processing of the original data,so as to realize the automatic verification of the extensometer.
