电梯钢丝绳缺陷视觉检测系统研究

电梯钢丝绳断绳事故时有发生,如不及时发现,将会给安全生产带来严重的后果。本文研究了电梯钢丝绳缺陷视觉检测系统,采用机器视觉检测的方式对钢丝绳进行检验,通过设计的视觉系统可以检测钢丝绳表面缺陷,实验表明:系统结构及测量简单,检测效率高,是行之有效的钢丝绳缺陷检测系统。

Elevator wire rope accidents occur frequently. Failure to be discovered in time will have serious consequences for safe production. The vision detection system of elevator wire rope defect is studied through using machine vision detection methods. The surface defects of wire rope can be detected with the designed vision system. The experiment shows that the system structure and the measurement is simple and the efficiency is high. It Prove that the vision detection system is efficient.
