摘要
本文对单晶炉温控计量系统进行了简要的介绍,利用虚拟仪器设计了一种多通路温度控制系统,介绍了其工作原理,并给出了硬件系统中K型热电偶、热电偶采集模块、PID控制器的简要阐明,通过八路温控采集模块,可实现多路温控同时显示、控制并输出等功能,操作界面简洁,便于操作人员控制,具有功能丰富良好的可扩展性等功能。
Were briefly reviewed in this paper,the single crystal furnace temperature control measurement system,using the virtual instrument to design a kind of multiple channel temperature control system,introduces its working principle,and gives the hardware system of Ktype thermocouple,thermocouple acquisition module,the PID controller is briefly stated that through eight-way temperature acquisition module,which can realize multi-channel temperature display,control and output functions at the same time,the interface simple operation,easy operator control,feature-rich has good scalability,and other functions.
