摘要
对新型田园综合体的概念和特点进行分析,探索了将田园综合体与养老基地有机结合的新型养老形式,并以绵阳德腾生态养老综合体为实例,通过对其进行建设条件分析和规划设计实践,提出了从田园、生态、养老三方面入手建设田园康养综合体的方法。
The research is aimed at exploring a new model about serving the aged and providing reference for planning and designing rural park under the background of an aging population.Three important aspects including pastoral,ecology,serving the aged are proposed to build rural park after studying on the construction conditions and design experience with Deteng garden in Mianyang as an example.
