干旱寒冷地区农村绿色建筑节能技术集成模式研究

摘要 针对农宅体型系数大、保温性能差、采暖系统效率低下、室内热舒适性差等问题提出了适合干旱寒冷地区的农村绿色建筑技术集成模式,通过改变户型、加强围护结构保温、采用被动式和主动式太阳能采暖技术、地下蓄热技术,降低房间体形系数、提高房间保温性能及房间温度的稳定性,从而提高了所有房间的热舒适性。通过对示范农宅的测试,在室外平均温度为0℃的情况下,客厅温度平均温度在15.9℃;南向主卧平均温度在17.8℃,室内平均温度都在14℃以上,房间热舒适性较好,该农村绿色建筑技术集成模式可在西北干旱寒冷地区进行推广。 In order to solve the problems of large housing size coefficient,poor thermal insulation performance,poor heating system efficiency,and poor indoor thermal comfort,a rural green building technology integration model has been studied suitable for drought and cold regions through the change of house types,the thermal insulation of enclosure structures is strengthened,and passive and passive structures,active solar heating technology,underground thermal storage technology are adopted to reduce the room shape coefficient,improve the room insulation performance and the stability of the room temperature,thereby improving the thermal comfort of all rooms.According to the test of the model farmhouse,the average temperature of the living room is 15.9℃when the outdoor average temperature is 0℃,the average temperature of the south main bedroom is 17.8℃,and the indoor average temperature is above 14℃,the room thermal comfort better,the rural green building technology integration model can be promoted in the northwest drought and cold regions.
