Based on the theory of total cost control,closely linked with the enterprise transformation and upgrading and improving quality and efficiency of the times,the article objectively analysis the present situation of cost control of provincial construction enterprises.The key issues that contribute to the loss of profits are identified.Finally,some practical and practicable suggestions and measures are put forward.
