通过对BIM技术在施工阶段应用的研究,比较分析了应用BIM技术进行施工管理相对于传统的施工管理方法的优劣,并从质量、成本和进度管理等方面,指出了传统的施工管理在施工阶段中存在的问题以及产生的原因,总结了BIM技术在施工阶段实施的管理优势,为后续BIM技术在施工阶段的应用提供借鉴和参考。

Through the research on the application of BIM technology in the construction stage,the advantages and disadvantages of construction management using BIM technology in comparison with traditional construction management methods are compared and analyzed.The problems existing in the traditional construction management in the aspects of quality control,cost and schedule management and the causes are pointed out.The management advantages of BIM technology in construction stage are explored,which provides reference for the application of subsequent BIM technology in construction stage.
