摘要
气象灾害应急救援经费保障问题显著影响应急救援服务的成效,如何通过高效的商业化模式实现对气象灾害应急救援保障工作的金融支持亟待解决。本文首先对相关的文献做了梳理。然后,分析了气象灾害应急救援服务面临的各种风险,最后,给出了气象灾害应急救援服务的商业化支持模式。
The problem of emergency rescue for meteorological disasters has a significant impact on the effectiveness of emergency res- cue work. How to realize the financial support for the emergency rescue work of meteorological disasters through the efficient com- mercialization model is urgent to be solved. This article first combed the related literature. Then, the risks faced by the meteorological disaster emergency rescue service are analyzed. Finally, the commercialized support mode of the meteorological disaster emergency rescue service is given.
