基于扎根理论的游客不文明行为影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Uncivilized Behavior of Tourists Based on Grounded Theory

改革开放以来,我国旅游业快速发展,无论是国内旅游还是出境游的人数都急剧增加。与此同时,有关游客旅游"不文明行为"一词也热了起来。本文利用扎根理论的研究方法,通过对深度访谈资料的三级编码过程,挖掘出游客态度因素、社会因素、诱导因素、抑制因素以及游客特征因素这5大影响因素来解释游客产生的不文明行为,并通过对这5大因素影响机理和作用路径来构建游客不文明行为影响因素模型,在此基础上提出相应措施。

Since the reform and opening up, China＇s tourism industry has developed rapidly, and the number of people traveling in both do- mestic and outbound tourism has increased dramatically. At the same time, the term ＂uncivilized behavior＂ about tourist tourism has also heated up. This paper uses the research method of grounded theory to explore the uncivilized behavior of tourists by excavating the three major influencing factors of tourists＇ attitude factors, social factors, inducing factors, inhibitors and tourist characteristics factors through the three-level coding process of in-depth interview data. And through the influence mechanism and action path of these five major factors to construct the influencing factors model of uncivilized behavior of tourists, on this basis, corresponding measures are proposed.
