民族院校工商管理专业人才培养模式研究

Study on the Training Mode of Business Management Professionals in Ethnic colleges

随着社会经济的快速发展,我国企业对工商管理专业人才的需求越来越大,通过对民族院校工商管理专业教育的调查研究,在民族院校工商管理教学中,为了使授课内容与实践相结合,更好地培养民族工商业人才显得尤为重要。本文针对在民族工商管理人才培养中存在的问题提出了相应的对策,以提升工商管理专业学生的教学质量和综合素养,最终为社会区域经济建设与发展培养更多的工商管理专业化人才。

with the rapid development of economic and social, our country enterprise to the demand for professional talents of business management is more and more big, through the national college of business administration specialty of education research, business administration in national colleges and universities teaching, in order to make the teaching contents and combined with the practice, it is particularly important to develop national industry and commerce talent better. In the national industrial and commercial manage- ment personnel training, the author of this paper existing problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to en- hance the teaching quality for students majoring in business administration and comprehensive qualities, and ultimately for the re- gional economic construction and social development and cultivate more business management specialized talents.
