温度对牛粪与番茄秸秆厌氧发酵产气的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以挥发性固体(VS)占物料干质量(TS)43.72%的鲜牛粪与VS/TS为86.61%的番茄秸秆为发酵原料,利用10 L厌氧发酵罐为反应器,设置25,30,35,40℃共4个反应温度,进行为期80 d的厌氧发酵试验,以探究不同温度对鲜牛粪与番茄秸秆混合干物质比为1∶1厌氧发酵产气特性的影响。结果表明,在该试验设置下,鲜牛粪与番茄秸秆适宜的发酵温度为35℃,其累积产气量为(148.09±2.95)L,产甲烷量为(91.52±1.03)L,TS产气量为(246.82±0.003)mL/g,均高于其他设置处理。该温度下,体系挥发性脂肪酸浓度及pH值均在正常范围内,发酵体系运行稳定。 To explore the effects of different temperatures on biogas production from anaerobic fermentation of cow manure and tomato straw, the mixture of cow dung(VS/TS was 43.72%)and tomato straw(VS/TS was 86.61%)(dry matter ratio 1∶1)was used as the raw material for fermentation and the 10 L anaerobic digestion tank was used as the reactor, an anaerobic fermentation test was carried out at 25, 30, 35, 40 ℃ reaction temperatures. The results showed that the suitable fermentation temperature of cow dung and tomato straw was 35 ℃. Under these condition, the cumulative gas production was(148.09±2.95)L, the total methane production was(91.52±1.03)L, gas production efficiency of TS was(246.82 ±0.003)mL/g, which were higher than other temperature treatment. The VFA concentration and p H value of the test group were within the normal range at 35 degrees centigrade. Under these conditions, the fermentation system was stable, and better than other temperature test group.
