生物表面活性剂辅助提取红枣多糖工艺研究

摘要 以山西太谷壶瓶枣为原料,用生物表面活性剂辅助提取红枣多糖,以表面活性剂蔗糖酯添加量、提取温度、提取时间、液料比4个因素为自变量,红枣多糖提取含量为因变量,对工艺条件进行单因素初步优化。在此基础上,选择对多糖提取率影响比较显著的蔗糖酯添加量、提取时间、液料比3个因素进行3因素3水平响应面试验优化研究,用Design Expert 8.06软件对多糖提取含量进行多元回归模型拟合分析。结果表明,红枣多糖最佳工艺条件为:蔗糖酯添加量5.06%,提取时间122 min,液料比27∶1,在该条件下,多糖的提取含量为10.34%。 Huping Jujube grown in Taigu of Shanxi province was used as raw material, extraction technology of polysaccharide from jujube by bioactivator, the amount of sucrose ester, extraction temperature, extraction time, and the rate of liquid to solid as independent variable, the extraction content of polysaccharides was dependent variable, the process condition was preliminarily optimized by single factor experiments. Based on this condition, on the basis of single factor experiment, select the amount of polysaccharide extract effect was significant. The amount of sucrose ester, extraction time, the rate of liquid to solid, by the response surface were optimized by experiment.Use Design Expert 8.06 software to polysaccharide extract yield regression model fitting analysis,the result shows that the amount of sucrose ester 5.06%, extraction time 122 min, the rate of liquid to solid 27∶1, the concent of jujube polysaccharides is 10.34%.
