摘要
事业单位的绩效工资制度改革关系着我国千千万万的事业单位职工,但因为情况的复杂性,其中产生的问题一直得不到妥善的解决。自改革以来,从试点慢慢推广,基本实现了全国各地普及的情况。与企业有较大的差异,事业单位的绩效工资更加需要制度与规定去推动和完善;与机关公务员不同,事业单位的绩效工资更加具有灵活性,改革的范围较大较广,因此,为提高事业单位职工工作的积极性和创新性,充分放活事业单位,大力促进改革势在必行。
The reform of the performance wage system of the public institutions is related to the thousands of employees in institutions of China. However, due to the complexity of the situation, the problems existing in it have not been properly resolved. Since the reform, it has been gradually spread from the pilots, and has been basically popularized all overthe country. There is a big difference compared with the enterprise, the performance wage of the institution needs more system and regulation to promote and perfect. Unlike the civil servants, performance wage in institutions is more flexible, and the scope of reform is wider. Therefore, in orderto improve the enthusiasm and innovation of the staff and workers in institutions, it is imp erative to fully activate the institutions and vigorously promote the reform.
