利润最大化是每个企业主要追求的目标,在实际的生产中利润最大化的核心在于如何做好供应链成本控制,随着经济的发展与市场的国际化,企业与企业的竞争越来越激烈,谁能做好供应链成本控制,谁就能获得竞争优势,提升企业的竞争力,因此如何做好供应链成本控制已成为每个企业所面临的重点与难点,论文主要研究了现阶段企业在供应链成本控制中存在的问题,并针对这些问题点提出了后续的改善措施。

Profit maximization is the main goal pursue d by every enterprise. In the actual pro duction, the c ore of profit maximization lies in how to control the cost of supply chain well. With the development of economy and the internationalization of the market, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense. Who can control the cost of supply chain well, who can gain the competitive advantage and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore, how-to control the cost of supply chain well has become the focus and difficulty of each enterprises. This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the supply chain cost control of enterprises at this stage, and puts forward further improvement measures in view- of these problems.
