摘要
2009年的国务院常务会议,决定在公共卫生与基层医疗卫生事业单位和其他事业单位实施绩效工资改革。这一改革,在一定程度上改善了我国当前分配制度,使得再分配更注重弥补第一次分配中的不足,使分配更加具有公平性。自改革以来,绩效工资实施多年,但仍存在很多问题与不足。这一相关制度的发展和改进是不可避免的。
In 2009, the executive meetings of the State Council decided to implement performance pay reform in public health and primary health care institutions and other institutions. This reform, to a certain extent, has improved the current distribution system in China, making the redistribution more focused on making up the shortcomings of the first distribution and making the distribution more fair. Since the reform, performance pay has been implemented for many years, but there axe still many problems and shortcomings. The development and improvement of this system is inevitable.
