Experience in the Whole Process Management of the Infrastructure Sporadic Maintenance

医院基建零星工程主要涉及医院门窗、地面、墙面、顶面、管线、装饰等设施设备;基建维修采用全外包委托的方式,控制零星维修费用的支付与管控成为医院基建管理者必须面对的一个问题。通过几年的实践,总结了医院基建零星维修全过程管理的方法,建立了一套零星工程维修的长效管理机制,涉及日常基础设施维护管理,包含了维修点发现、维修、验收、支付的全过程管理。

The sporadic works of hospital infrastructure mainly involve facilities such as windows, doors, floors, walls, tops, pipelines, decorations mad so on. The mode of infrastructure maintenance is mainly full outsourced commission. It has become a problem for the infrastructure manager of hospital to control the payment and the sporadic maintenance expenses. Based on the practice of several years, the method of the whole process management for the sporadic maintenance of hospital infrastructure is summarized, and a long-term management mechanism for sporadic engineering maintenance has been established, which involves the maintenance and management of the daily infrastructure, includingthe whole process management of the maintenance points of the discovery, maintenance, acceptance and payment.
