Research on the Development Strategy of Zhangzhou Power Supply Company Based on the PEST-SWOT Analysis Paradigm

论文在分析漳州供电公司概况的基础上,采用PEST-SWOT方法分析了影响漳州供电公司内外部环境的因素,尝试提出公司发展战略,从建设坚强智能电网、构筑新农村坚强配电网、与城市总体规划相协调、积极参与市场竞争、积极应对电力体制改革等五个方面提出战略规划。

Based on the analysis of the general situation of Zhangzhou power supply company, the PEST-S WOT method is adopted to analyze the factors affecting the internal and external environment of Zhangzhou power supply company. This paper tries to put forward the development strategy of the company, and the strategic planning is put forward from five aspects： building a strong smart grid, constructing a strong distribution network in the new- rural area, coordinating with the overall urban planning, actively participating in the market competition, and actively responding to the reform ofth e power system.
