试论住房公积金贷款公平与效率

Discussion on the Equity and Efficiency of Housing Provident Fund Loan

近年来,我国经济增长出现倒退现象,为住房公积金新政的出台提供了发展条件。作为住房公积金贷款新政出台的基本方向,其公平与效率是当前住房公积及新政实施的重要内容。基于此,论文将住房公积金贷款新政的公平与效率作为研究对象,通过对住房公积金贷款新政实施概况的分析,并对其公平与效率进行了深入探究,进而对未来公平与效率提出了几点建议,旨在提高居民居住水平。

In recent years, China＇s economic growth has regressed and provided conditions for the development of the new- policy of housing provident fund. As the basic direction of the new policy of housing provident fund loan, its fairness and efficiency are the important contents of the current housing accumulation and the implementation of the new-policy. Based on this, the paper takes the equity and efficiency of the new policy of housing provident fund loan as the research object, through the analysis of the general implementation situation of the new policy of housing provident fund loan, and the deep exploration on its fairness and efficiency, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the fairness and efficiency inthe future, so as to improve the living level of the residents.
