摘要
人事考试已经走过了20多年的历程,作为政府人才选拔、人才评价的一种传统方式,新时代的人事考试工作更多地被赋予了事关千万考生就业、事关千万家庭幸福感和生活质量、事关公平正义社会和谐稳定、事关政府公信力的提升等重大意义,更是从单纯的业务工作变成了事关保障改善民生和社会和谐稳定的政治任务。如何确立当前人事考试发展的思路,这就要求工作者进行不断地研究创新和探索。论文就新时期下对人事考试发展思路进行浅析。
The personnel examination has gone through the course for more than 20 years. The personnel examination work in the new- era has been endowed with great significance, such as the employment of tens of thousands of examinees, the happiness and quality of life ofthousands of families, the harmony and stability of a fair and just society, the promotion of the credibility of the government, and so on. It has even become a political task that concerns the protection and improvement of people's livelihood and social harmony and stability. How- to establish the train of thought for the current personnel examination development requires workers to carry out continuously research and explore. This paper briefly analyzes the development idea of personnel examination in the new- era.
