通过开展完善气象地方标准体系有关研究,着力强化气象地方标准的科技支撑,建立促进气象科技创新成果与标准的相互转化、相互推动的机制,促进气象科技成果转化为业务服务能力和现实生产力,提高全行业的标准意识,进一步履行气象公共服务和社会管理职能,引领气象行业科学发展,以建设气象现代化体系为目的,立足部门、面向行业,构建涵盖气象防灾减灾、公共气象服务、气象社会管理的江西省气象地方标准体系。
