日企作为非公经济既是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,也是我国经济社会发展的重要基础。但进入21世纪日企发展已显颓势,如何破除弊端,增强外资企业党组织的凝聚力、战斗力和创新能力,重新让日企焕发新活力,成为当前乃至今后一个亟待解决的崭新课题。

As the non-public sectors of the economy, the Japanese enterprises are not only an important part of socialist market economy, but also an important foundation of our country＇s economic and social development. However, in the 21st century, the development of Japanese enterprises has shown atrend of decline. Howto breakthe malpractice, strengthenthe cohesion, fighting capacity and innovation ability of the party organizations of tbreign-funded enterprises, and resurface the new- vitality of the Japanese enterprises, has become a new subject to be solved nrgently at present and even in the future.
