pH对聚天冬酰胺衍生物温度响应行为的影响

摘要 利用叠氮乙胺、5-氨基戊醇对聚琥珀酰亚胺进行胺解开环,合成一系列侧链叠氮基团含量不等的聚天冬酰胺衍生物,并利用FT-IR和1 H NMR对所得聚合物的结构进行表征和确证。采用透过率衡量其水溶液pH值对所得叠氮化聚天冬酰胺衍生物温度响应行为的影响。结果表明,随着pH值的降低,所得聚合物水溶液表现出温度响应行为所需的温度也越低。此外,随着叠氮基团含量的增加,聚合物水溶液的转变,pH值呈上升趋势。 A series of polyaspartamide derivatives with varying azide groups in the side chains were synthesized by the aminolysis reaction of polysuccinimide(PSI)with azidoethylamine and 5-aminopentanol,and the structure of the resulting products was confirmed by FT-IR and 1 H NMR.The effect of the pH of the aqueous solution on the temperature response behavior of the resulting azide polyaspartic acid derivative was measured by transmittance.The results indicate that the required temperature for the resulting polymer aqueous solution to exhibit the temperature-responsive behavior decreases with the pH decreasing.In addition,as the content of azide groups increases,the pH of the aqueous polymer solution increases.
