摘要
阐述一种用于识别白车身装配尺寸偏差模式 ,从而定位偏差源的方法。通过测点的特征矩阵来表述装配的具体过程 ,应用聚类分析和相关分析将问题点分成不同的模式类 ,对每个模式类进行主成分分析后 。
A computer aided method for the variation identification of body in white assembly is developed in this paper. The characteristic matrix is used to describe the actual assembly process; after clustering analysis and correlative analysis, these measured problem points are divided into several modes. Then principal component analysis method is used to analyze each mode . As a conclusion, we can associate the root cause with a particular assemble station.
