文章基于中心城市层次进行综述,从世界城市、全球城市、全球城市网、国家中心城市多个层级入手,总结不同层级中心城市的科学内涵、指标体系内容与选取原则.最后,基于信息时代城市中心性特征,文章总结了未来企业发展的三种主要类型高标准化产品/服务企业,复合型全球化公司的总部企业与高度专门化网络化的服务公司.文章旨在为长春和沈阳城市总体规划目标-建设东北亚国际中心城市提供研究框架.

This paper reviews the evolution ofCentral City from World City, Global City,Global City Network and National Central City.The science behind each hierarchy and theprinciples in choosing indicators are concluded.Apart from that, the characteristics of central cityin the context of information age are concerned toanalyze the future corporations developmenttypes, namely high quality service corporations,complex global headquarter and highlyspecialized corporations. This paper alsoestablishes a framework for building the CentralCity indicator system for city＇s comprehensiveplanning of Shenyang and Changchun.
