基于居民出行的广州市空间形态句法分析及热力图验证

Space Syntax Analysis and Heat Map Verification of Guangzhou Spatial Structure Based on Residents’ Trip

空间句法作为一种定量化分析方法被广泛应用于城市空间形态的研究中.然而城市空间形态的句法分析结果受数据深度的影响极大,已有的以城市主干道网络为研究对象的城市空间形态句法分析忽略了居民出行时更多选择的低等级道路,对城市空间形态理解不够深入,而城市空间形态句法分析的有效性也需要科学验证.有鉴于此,本文选取广州市环城高速范围内交通网络完善、经济发展多元的城区为研究对象,通过对主次干道、支路、社区道路的全方位的轴线化,从居民出行角度出发,以句法分析手段对广州市中心城区的空间形态特征做定量分析,并基于Easygo 热力数据就居民出行的集聚区域是否与此次分析相符进行验证讨论.结果表明①广州市中心城区空间形态呈中心放射状结构,整体可理解度差,由此加强了居民对短距离出行的依赖;②各区范围内均存在明显独立局部集成核,区域可理解度较好,对居民空间认知友好;③基于热力图的居民日常出行数据和整合度相关性较高,但呈现出工作日与局部整合度相关度较高,周日与全局整合度相关度较高的特征,显示出广州环城高速范围内职住匹配较好,而周末消费娱乐活动集中.

As a technical method for quantitativelyanalyzing spatial morphological characteristics,Space Syntax is widely used in many fields such asurban spatial structure analysis and interior designof buildings. However, the existing researches onthe analysis of urban spatial structure are morefocused on the urban main road, lacking theunderstanding of urban spatial forms based onresidents’ commutes. In this research, the roadnetworks in the central downtown area ofGuangzhou, including arterial roads, secondaryroads and branch road, are all digitized through GISmethod and analyzed with syntactic methodology.Furthermore, conclusions from the syntacticanalysis are verified by the Easygo heat maps. Theresults show that ① The downtown area ofGuangzhou has a central radial structure with lowintelligibility, and it strengthen residents’dependence on short-distance walking. ②There areobvious local integrator in each district with highbetter intelligibility, which is friendly to residents.③Residents’ trip data based on heat maps andintegration are highly correlated, and it shows ahigh correlation between workday’s data and localintegration, and weekends’ data and globalintegration.
