摘要
The effective component in Veratrum nigrum Linn, resveratrol, as an imporant phytoalexins, has broad applications. In recent years, broad and profound studies have been conducted on resveratrol in the fields including plant physiology, food, medicine, and health care products. In this paper, the research progress in its source, physiochemical properties, analysis and detection, extraction and antibacterial effect was reviewed, so as to provide valueful reference for further research and development of resveratrol.
