临床路径教学法在内分泌科实习带教中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 为了探讨临床路径教学法在内分泌科临床实习带教中的效果,回顾性比较了对照组接受传统教学法和实验组接受临床路径教学法的实习生在实习结束时的考核成绩、教学效果及教学满意度。实验组考核成绩、学习主动性和自觉性、临床诊疗思路、与患者的沟通交流能力、专业理论知识与实践结合能力以及教学满意度均显著高于对照组。可见临床路径教学法能够提高内分泌科实习生教学质量和教学满意度,值得在临床教学中推广。 To explore the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical intern teaching in the Department of Endocrinology,professional knowledge assessment,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction between the control group who received traditional teaching method and the experimental group who received clinical pathway teaching method at the end of the internship. Interns in the experimental group showed significantly higher scores in professional knowledge assessment,learning initiative and consciousness,clinical logical thinking ability,the ability for effective communication,the ability to combine theory with practice and satisfaction rate compared with the control group. Therefore,clinical pathway method can improve the quality and the satisfaction of clinical intern teaching in the Department of Endocrinology and it is worthy of popularizing in clinical teaching.
