摘要
针对留学生医学微生物学教学中出现的问题及留学生自身的性格和学习特点,将PBL教学模式引入教学,以期提高教学质量。实践对象为西安交通大学医学部2015级临床医学本科留学生,教学效果由期末考试和问卷调查综合评价。结果显示,PBL实验组期末考试成绩略高于传统教学组,实验组中70-79分人数明显多于对照组,对照组大多数学生成绩集中在60-69分区段。调查问卷显示PBL教学模式明显提高了学生的创新思维能力、总结概况能力和团队合作能力。学生希望PBL教学模式在医学微生物学课程中全面开展。
Aiming at the problems in teaching medical microbiology and the characteristics and learning characteristics of international students,PBL was introduced to practical teaching in order to improve teaching quality. The teaching practice was carried out in the2015-grade clinical medicine students. The teaching effect was evaluated by the final examination and the questionnaire survey. The results showed that the final exam scores of PBL experimental group were slightly higher than those of the traditional teaching group without statistic difference. The students of the experimental group with scores 70-79 were significantly more than those of the control group. The scores of most control group students ranged from 60 to 69. The questionnaire showed that PBL obviously improved the students' creative thinking ability,the ability of summary and the team cooperation. Students hoped that PBL could be overall carried out in the course of medical microbiology.
