浅谈铜采场小台阶开采工艺的应用

摘要 介绍小台阶开采工艺在铜采场西部剥离以及塌方区分层爆破推进中的应用,该工艺与传统的整体台阶推进工艺有所不同,是将一个整体12 m台阶划分2~3个小台阶,先后层层推进,与传统工艺相比较,具有能有效降低矿体废石混入率,提高矿石回收质量,解决塌方区内穿孔困难,消除高温孔爆破作业危害等优点,在实际生产中起到优化采矿作用. The article introduces the application of the small bench mining technique on stripping of the western division of the open-pit copper urine and layering blasting advance of the landslide areas. The technique is different from the traditional whole -bench advance, and it applies to methods of dividing a 12 meters-high bench into 2 - 3 small benches and then ad- vancing step by step. In comparison with the traditional technique, the small bench mining technique can efficiently reduce the waste rate, increase the quality- of ore, solve the question of difficulty- of punching in landslide areas and eliminate haz- ards of high temperature hole blasting, and has other advantages. In actual work, it can aJso optimize the function of mining work.
