Clinical indication of whole embryo freezing

在体外受精(IVF)治疗中,全胚冷冻越来越常用,但是全胚冷冻的适用人群尚不明确,不同生殖中心有不同的治疗策略。因此,需要针对全胚冷冻策略制定规范性指南来指导临床实践。本文采用态势分析法(SWOT)对全胚冷冻的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析,探讨全胚冷冻的适用人群以及是否应该扩大其适应证,以期指导临床合理的应用全胚冷冻技术。

Whole embryo freezing has been widely used in IVF treatment. However, the indication for whole embryo freezing is still unclear. The different treatment strategies were adopted by the different ART center. Thus,it is necessary to develop a normative guide for the whole embryo freezing strategy to guide clinical practice. This paper analyzed the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of whole embryo freezing with SWOT analysis, and explored the appropriate patients for whole embryo freezing and whether it is time to expand its indications, in order to guide the clinical application of whole embryo freezing technology.
