摘要
文章以成都师范学院专科层次学前教育免费师范生为样本,分别从内部动机和外部动机两个维度对免费师范生的报考动机进行了调查。结果显示,学生的报考动机不仅受到教师职业理想、专业认同、自我提升等内在驱力等因素的影响,而且也容易受到他人、政策福利、经济等外部诱因的影响。建议多渠道深入宣传和解读免费师范生的相关政策,达到使学前教育免费师范生增强教育信念,提升专业承诺感的目的,让学生更愿意成为目标地区的老师。
This study is focused on the free normal students of Chengdu Normal University and inves tigates their motivation of choosing the program from both internal and external perspectives. The results show that the students were motivated by internal factors such as career ideals, major recognition and self improvement, and external factors including others" suggestions, policy benefits and economic rewards. It is suggested to put more efforts in improving the students" understanding of policies, their faith in educa tion and commitment in teaching in order to make those teachers become teachers in the oriented areas.
