新型城镇化进程中的绿色发展问题研究——以成都市为例

Research on the Green Development in the Process of New Urbanization:A Case Study of Chengdu

十八大以来,党中央将生态文明建设提升到国家发展战略,绿色低碳发展成为推进供给侧结构性改革、转变发展方式的主攻线之一,也成为破解新型城镇化发展瓶颈的新增长极。本文从新型城镇化绿色发展的必然性入手,以成都市新型城镇化发展历程为例,分析了成都在新型城镇化绿色发展中面临的问题,并提出相关对策建议。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the Party Central Committee has promoted the construction of ecological civilization to the national development strategy, green low carbon development has become the main line to push forward the structural reform of supply side and transform the development mode, and has also become the new growth pole to solve the bottleneck of new urbanization development. This article, starting with the inevitability of the green development of the new urbanization, taking the development of new urbanization in Chengdu as an example, analyzes the problems faced by Chengdu in the green development of new urbanization, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
