探析制约大学生参与体育运动的因素及促进对策

Analysis of Factors Restricting College Students' Participation in Sports and the Countermeasures

通过对制约大学生参与体育运动的因素的分析与研究,旨在探析制约大学生参与体育运动的因素,并据此提出相应的促进对策。研究结果表明:制约大学生参与体育活动的因素有包括体育认知、体育价值观和人体惰性等主观性因素以及包括场地器材设施、社会支持、价值认同等在内的客观性因素。故针对于此提出了:从主观上要加强对大学生进行正确、科学的体育健康知识宣传,培养其良好的体育价值观;客观上应完善体育活动的场地器材设施等硬件支持,同时也要提供一些体育锻炼任务等"强制性"要求,并且加强体育社团组织和活动等服务的供给。总之,应从多个方面来进行改进,共同推动和促进大学生参与体育运动,提高其身心健康的发展。

By analyzing and studying the factors that restrict college students＇ participation in sports,this paper aims to explore the factors that restrict college students＇ participation in sports, and put forward corresponding countermeasures accordingly. The results show that factors that restrict college students＇participation in sports activities include subjective factors such as sports cognition, sports values and human inertia, as well as objective factors, including venues, facilities, social support and value identification. Suggestions are proposed as follows： subjectively speaking, students＇ correct and scientific knowledge of sports and health promotion should be strengthened, and their good sports values should be developed;objectively speaking, sports facilities and other hardware support should be improved, some physical training tasks such as ＂mandatory＂ requirement should be provided, the sports association the organization and activities of the final service supply should be strengthened. It is necessary to improve in various ways to promote college students＇ participation in sports and improve their physical and mental health.
