摘要
数控机床运行问题的源头数量庞大,在问题诊断排查期间经常会消耗大量物质和人力资源,因此数控机床问题诊断方法始终是科研工作者的研究核心。智能数控机床的设计稳定性、问题诊断的精确性和故障排除的高效性始终为人们所强调。本文论述了高端数控机床控制的现状和未来趋势,分析了高端数控机床问题诊断方案的研究方向,探究预测了以后数控机床问题故障查寻方案的关键渠道。
The number of the problems of NC machine tool operation is huge, and it often consumes a lot of material and human resources during the diagnosis and investigation of the problem, so the diagnosis method of CNC machine tool is always the core of research workers. The design stability of intelligent CNC machine tools, the accuracy of problem diagnosis and the efficiency of troubleshooting have always been emphasized. The present situation and future trend of high end CNC machine tool control are discussed in this paper. The research direction of the high end CNC machine tool diagnosis scheme is analyzed, and the key channel of the future NC machine tool problem finding scheme is explored.
