摘要
目前高密度针脚由于其针脚短、细、小,工业上使用视觉检测方式对针脚缺陷进行检测时主要的难点在于:如使用LED照明光源,由于光源发光角度大,搭配成像系统拍摄的图片的缺陷特征不明显;如使用聚光效果好的激光光源会有明显的散斑现象,都会使得后续图像处理很难提取有效的特征值,降低了针脚检测的效率。
At present, high-density stitches are short, thin, and small, and the main difficulties in the detection of stitch defects using the visual inspection method in the industry are: If an LED lighting source is used, the light emitting angle of the light source is large, and a picture taken with the imaging system is taken. The defect features are not obvious; if a laser light source with a good light collection effect has a significant speckle phenomenon, it will make it difficult to extract effective feature values for subsequent image processing and reduce the efficiency of stitch detection.
