随着"互联网+"的不断发展,对我国国民经济,社会民生的发展都产生了深刻的影响,智慧医疗其中典型的一个例子,在我市卫生主管部门的推动下,全市所有三级甲等医院都将实现智慧门诊,今后智慧门诊将是一个必然发展趋势。我院通过智慧医疗项目对门诊患者缴费流程进行优化改进,观察实施新流程后HIS数据库中患者门诊缴费时间缩短的效果,总结实施经验,改进不足之处,不断提高患者就医体验。

One of the typical examples of wisdom medical treatment is that under the impetus of the municipal health department, all three grade hospitals in the city will realize the intelligent outpatient clinic. In the future, the intelligent outpatient will be a must. But the trend of development.Through the optimization and improvement of the outpatient payment process through the intelligent medical project, we observe the effect of shortening the time of payment of the patient＇s outpatient payment in the HIS database after the implementation of the new process, summarize the experience,improve the deficiency, and constantly improve the patient＇s medical experience.
