大数据挖掘技术在工程项目管理中的应用探讨

近些年来,我国信息技术行业迅速崛起,逐渐进入了大数据发展的时代,工程项目管理也随之产生了新的变化与要求。在这样的时代背景下,传统的工程管理模式已经很难再满足科学管理的新要求。因此,采用大数据挖掘技术就成为了提高工程项目管理水平的一个突破口。本文便根据大数据挖掘技术在工程项目管理中的应用优势与现状,提出了一些具体的策略研究方向。

In recent years, China＇s information technology industry has been rapidly rising, gradually entering the era of large data development,and engineering project management has also produced new changes and requirements. Under this background, traditional engineering management mode is hard to meet the new requirements of scientific management. Therefore, the use of big data mining technology has become a breakthrough in improving the level of project management. The application of this technology has made a very important contribution to the development of engineering project management industry.Based on the advantages and status quo of big data mining technology in engineering project management,this paper puts forward some specific strategic research directions.
