改革开放以来,中国社会经济结构发生了巨大变革,劳动力市场供求结构也发生了巨大变化,自雇已经成为一种非常普遍的就业状态。随着连续多年扩招,高校给社会培养了数量巨大且仍在不断增长的高素质劳动者,但劳动力市场供需的结构性矛盾使得大学生就业形势愈加严峻。在国家政策鼓励下,越来越多的大学生选择了自雇,不仅缓解了就业压力,还给市场经济注入了新的活力。但是,大学生自雇在发展过程中存在着诸多不稳定因素,充分了解大学生自雇的特征才能正确引导和扶持大学生自雇的发展。

Since the reform and opening-up policy,the social and economic structure of China has undergone tremendous changes,as well as the structure of supply and demand in China＇s labor market, and self-employment has become a very common form of employment. Already large and still increasing number of high-quality laborers are beingcultivated due to the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities. The supply and demand mismatch in labor market makes it harder and harder for students to find a job. So,under the encouragement of national policies,more and more students are starting to choose self-employment which not only eases the employment pressure,but also brings new vitality into the market economy. However,there still exist many uncertainties in the development of self-employment of college students. To correctly guide and support them,we should completely understand the characteristics of self-employed students.
