摘要
在综合分析影响区域物流发展能力因素的基础上,结合网络层次分析法(ANP)与理想解法(TOPSIS),构建区域物流发展能力评价指标体系及模型。该模型全面考虑了区域物流发展能力的影响因素,能够准确反映区域物流发展能力的强弱,有利于对区域物流发展能力进行准确评价,为区域物流业发展与能力提升提供决策依据。以江苏省13个地市为例,结合2006,2010,2016年的数据,对其物流发展能力进行综合评价。结果表明:江苏省13个地市物流发展能力呈现出"南强北弱"的特征,与实际情况相符,以此验证了该评价模型的有效性,并对江苏省进一步提升区域物流业整体发展能力提出了建议。
The ANP and TOPSIS model were used to establish the evaluation system and the evaluation model,which takes the factors affecting regional logistics capability into consideration and can help evaluate regional logistics capability accurately. The logistics capability of 13 cities in Jiangsu Povince in 2006,2010 and 2016 was evaluated. The results show that the logistics capability in the south part of Jiangsu is much stronger than that in the north,which is consistent with the real situation of Jiangsu. Solutions are given to promote the logistics capability of Jiangsu Province.
