基于集对分析的辽宁沿海经济带海域集约利用研究

Sea Areas Intensive Use in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone Based on Set Pair Analysis

从海域集约利用的定义出发,构建海域集约利用评价指标体系,结合主客观组合赋权法赋予各指标权重,运用集对分析法对辽宁沿海经济带海域集约利用水平的时空变化及其原因进行分析,结果表明:辽宁沿海经济带海域集约利用水平不断提高,其中海洋投入强度、海域利用结构、海洋经济效益指数提高明显,海洋生态环境有待改善;受到自然环境条件限制和经济发展水平的影响,辽宁沿海经济带所辖六市海域集约利用水平有较大差异,障碍度分析显示葫芦岛市海域集约利用水平长期偏低,不利于辽宁沿海经济带协调发展。

With the rapid development of Liaoning marine economy,over-exploitation of marine resources leads to the decline of natural coastline and deterioration of marine ecosystem,which seriously hampered economic and social sustainable development. For this reason,research of the intensive use of sea areas helps to make better use of marine resources,realizing sustainable development of coastal areas. The sea area intensive utilization analysis framework is based on the definition of sea area intensive utilization,using combination weight method to evaluate the indicators and to calculate their weight,then analyzes the evolution trend and major factors that influences sea area intensive utilization,and the results shows that： Intensive utilization level of sea area in Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone has been continuously improved. Marine input intensity,sea area utilization structure and marine economic benefit index have increased significantly,but marine ecological environment needs to be improved; Influenced by the natural environment conditions and the level of economic development,the level of intensive use of the water of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone has great differences,the obstacle degree analysis showed that the low level of intensive use of Huludao City is not conducive to the development of Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone.
