中国主要城市群水土资源条件与限制研究——以京津冀、长三角、珠三角为例 被引量:8

Condition and Restriction of Water and Land Resources in Major Urban Agglomerations in China:A Case of Jing-Jin-Ji,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta

摘要 建立水土资源限制度模型,定量评价京津冀、长三角和珠三角三大城市群基于人口分布的水土资源限制度及其空间格局,揭示三大城市群的水土资源限制度的差异。研究发现:(1)整体而言,京津冀城市群受水土资源限制最高;(2)限制类型方面,京津冀城市群以水资源限制为主;长三角和珠三角城市群均以土地资源限制为主;(3)京津冀城市群水限制度的人口、面积比例匹配显著偏离,长三角和珠三角城市群则是土地限制度偏离程度较高;(4)空间自相关表明,三大城市群水、土地、水土资源限制度均显著集聚,且以长三角城市群土地限制度最为显著,京津冀城市群受土地资源限制度影响较大,长三角城市群受水资源限制度影响较大,珠三角城市群受二者综合影响。 Based on the model of water and land resources restriction intensity,the paper quantitatively evaluates the three urban agglomerations' restriction intensity of water and land resource,and reveals the difference of restriction degree of water and land resources of three agglomerations. The results showed that:( 1) Overall,the restriction intensity of water and land resources of Jing-Jin-Ji is the highest.( 2) From the perspective of restriction type,water resource is the main restriction of Jing-Jin-Ji,and land resource is the main restriction of the other two agglomerations.( 3) In addition to the extremely high and extremely low level of restrictions,the matching proportion of population and area of water restrictions in Jing-Jin-Ji are significantly deviated. However,there were high degree of deviation of the water restriction in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta.( 4) Spatial autocorrelation shows that there are significant agglomeration of the restriction intensity of water,land and water-land resource in three urban agglomeration,and the restriction intensity of land resource in Yangtze River Delta is the most significant. The spatial agglomeration pattern of the restriction intensity of water-land resource in Jing-Jin-Ji is greatly affected by the restriction intensity of land resources,while the Yangtze River Delta is greatly affected by the restriction intensity of water resources,and the Pearl River Delta is affected by the two factors comprehensively.
